Menu 2: Coastal Maine Lobster Dinner

  • Cucumber Cups with Lobster and Corn

    Dinner

  • Steamed Maine Lobster
  • Short Ribs- so tender it falls off the bone!

  • Arugula and Fresh Greens- tossed with garden tomatoes, avocado, and almonds
